Set up Internet - ZTE Android

Before you start

This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your phone either by resetting your phone to default Internet settings or by setting up the network manually. NOTICE: SCREEN IMAGES MAY DIFFER FROM YOUR ACTUAL DEVICE.

Select Apps

Scroll to and select Settings

Select More...

If you cannot see this screen, continue to the next step.

Select Mobile networks

Select Access Point Names

Select the Menu button and select Reset to default

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device. Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your Wi-Fi before testing. Please continue the guide if you still cannot go online.

Select the Menu button and select New APN

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Enter Internet information

Scroll down and enter Internet information

Note: Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.

Select the Menu button and select Save

Note: The Menu button may be placed elsewhere on your screen or your device.

Select the Internet access point

Your phone has now been set up to Internet.
