Before you start

If you would like to set up a lock screen on your phone, start from the next step. If you would like to change the SIM pin code, jump to step 8. Make sure you have your Digicel SIM PIN before you start the guide.

Swipe left and select Settings

Scroll to and select Security and Privacy

Select Device Password

Set Device Password to On

Enter a password twice and select OK

Your BlackBerry is now secure with a screen lock

To change the PIN for the SIM card, return to the Security and Privacy menu and select SIM Card

Set SIM Card PIN Lock to On

Enter your SIM PIN and select OK

Select Change PIN 1

Enter your Current and New SIM PIN. Confirm the New SIM PIN and select OK
